Trained as a Health and Well-being Coach at Duke Integrative Medicine, Dr. Bascomb utilizes the Duke Health and Well-being Coach Process to partner with clients on their health journey. A personalized health inventory is taken to assess each area on the Wheel of Health: Community, Mindful Awareness, Physical Environment, Nutrition and Lifestyle, Mental and Emotional Well-being, Fulfillment and Purpose, Physical Activity and Fitness, and Sleep and Rest. Whether you want to focus on weight loss, decluttering, or sleep and rest, Dr. Bascomb will help you make behavioral changes that will have a lifelong impact.

About W.A.Y. Coaching

The W.A.Y. Coaching Program was developed based on experience using the nursing process and working with young adults. The program is a 5-step process that can be applied to any area of coaching.

Personal coaching sessions may be face-to-face in the office or virtually. Although we cannot cover the entire program in one session, each coaching session will focus on one objective so that you always leave with a sense of accomplishment and something to continue to work towards.
